Matthew Levesque is a pioneer in the reuse field, excuse the pun, please. His book, Revolutionary Yardscapes is an eye-opener.

Great nursery: Las Pilitas and the Plant Identification main page – this is a great resource and their web site is a treasure trove.

CalPhotos site: type in the plant name and up will pop tons of photos taken by scientists, enthusiasts and gardeners.
